Business Alignment

One thing that I focus on in Business Reiki is if you are in alignment with your business. As a mental concept, that can seem largely subjective. As an energetic concept, it's quite objective. When you are not in alignment, several things become obvious, energetically.

For example, if you are not sure about what you are charging, that uncertainty becomes apparent in your energy field. It comes through your voice, your handshake, emails, eye contact, and other body language and however else you communicate with the world. People may not be able to put their finger on it, but it's there. When your customers feel that uncertainty, it creates dissonance. Even if they like you, they may find a way to not do business with you if things don't "feel right" to them. Watch for those signs.

Alignment with your fees and rates can be a matter of research of competitors, figuring out your target market, or a simple meditation (I teach this process, called attunement).

That's just one example of getting into alignment with your business. I work with folks to get clear on what feels good and how they can communicate that with integrity and confidence.

Welcome to my blog, Business Reiki!

On this blog I will be discussing aspects of Reiki that deal directly with businesses and organizations.

Reiki has been known for a long time as a healing modality all over the world. In my nine years of experience with this non-invasive technique, I have been amazed at the possibilities that have come into my life and the lives of others I have worked alongside.

As my experience and understanding of Reiki grew, I noticed that I started to get similar messages, sensations, or feelings when I worked with businesses and non-profits, as I did when I was using Reiki on individuals. When applied to a non-tangible entity, the energy work changed a little, but still applied in every regard. Thus, began my work with Business Reiki.
